In this workshop, Maggie Molleur will introduce practices such as yoga, affirmations, journaling and the use of essential oils to bring your child into a closer relationship with their body and mind. Seeing ourselves through lenses of negativity is a common affliction for people of all ages. As adults, we have to learn techniques to allow ourselves space for self-kindness. For adolescents, their bodies and minds are constantly in a state of flux. We aim to instill the art of Self Love in people as soon as possible to begin to rewrite our internal scripts.
Date: Sunday, Feb 11
*Cost includes journal and one essential oil blend*
*Will also count toward a "my best self" patch if your child is in Girl Scouts*

Gong Baths are one of the most relaxing, body-detoxifying vibrational ancient tools. A gong bath or gong sound meditation is a sound massage for the body and mind, that is working directly on your nervous system. The power of the gong helps us to easily settle into stillness & release stress in a way that is deeply nurturing, rejuvenating and transformative.
Join Steven and Christine for an afternoon of magic & healing! Christine will lead you through a super slow & gentle flow, followed by a short breathing practice. After, we will help you get nice & cozy in the aerial silks, so you can experience weightlessness and drift into ease as Steven will serenade you with the captivating sounds from the gong while Christine will be offering...more
Join us for this day of learning about how to best support these little beings and how to make things easier on ourselves, in the process.
When children feel safe, secure, connected, and loved, they feel happy and can develop the confidence they need to explore the world. When they feel misunderstood, it can lead to feelings of frustration, shame, insecurity, and a lack of confidence. Children need their parents throughout all phases of development, but they are especially needy and vulnerable during the ages of birth to six. During these years, children need their parents to listen to them, understand them, and help them make sense out of the world as they learn and grow.
Because each child has a unique temperament, personality, and life situation, and each parent does, as well, it isn’t always easy to understand what children need, much less meet these needs. In this workshop, you’ll explore how to tune into your unique child and deepen the connection you already have. We’ll explore what kids actually need during these years, for healthy social and emotional...more
The Green Ninja Cooks events take a holistic approach to education. Teaching kids how to assemble fruits and vegetables in a safe, delicious and informative way, giving them interactive missions that range from exploring the mysterious lands where food comes from, to building healthy daily habits that’ll last a lifetime. Children will be given 'Mission Sweet Potato' in-order to learn about the power of plants and where they come from. After they will finally complete the mission and become Green Ninja Cooks while playing with food and learning about fun ways to eat the rainbow.
We will start with getting to know the story of becoming a Green Ninja and the ‘Food Mission’ at hand. Then Green Ninja Cooks will pick their sweet potato out of a display and filter towards the mission table. Once they have all arrived we will explain the importance of the ingredients as well as taste and talk about some of our amazing toppings. Some questions can be answered here. After that, we will learn about decorating their toasts and start...more
