The Yoga Peace School is our unique yoga based program that unites the mind, body and spirit while providing preschooler ages 3-5 with the foundation of a fun yoga practice and the freedom to express themselves creatively through art, dance, theater and music. With an emphasis on social and emotional development, each child will build strength and confidence through partner work and individual activities. In addition, environmental and cultural awareness is a large component of our curriculum as we take “journeys” around the world. Each week the children will have an art project related to the curriculum and we will use mostly recycled materials to create mindful masterpieces. Parent(s) and child will have the choice of signing up for 1, 2, or 3 days. We’ll be pairing yoga with dance, theater and music as the focus shifts to a different discipline each day. Our belief of quality over quantity is reflected in our class size, as they are small to give individualized attention to each student. The goal of the program is to implement healthy holistic habits while the children’s brains are still sponge-like and to create a safe, comfortable space filled with hours of pure peaceful fun!

We believe in the lasting effects of introducing children to healthy food by teaching them the benefits nutritious foods can have on our bodies. We only serve organic and SUPER fresh produce from our community garden or local producers to our little yogis in the YPS program. We serve nut free and vegetarian snacks and are happy to accommodate any dietary specifications for your child. Snack is provided but we do ask that you send your child with a nut free lunch.

• Registration Fee: $75 one time fee (includes child-sized mat)
• Supply Fee: $40/semester
• 1 x Week : $155/m
• 2 x Week: $275/m
• 3 x Week: $370/m

• *Note: No classes Thanksgiving Day and week of Spring Break. Monthly rates are based on semester enrollment and is already prorated.
• *Note: Children must be 3+ and potty trained to register for the program.
